Returns

We accept returns within **14 days of delivery**.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Item must be unused and in original condition
  2. Item must be returned in original packaging
  3. Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  1. Defective
  2. Damaged on arrival

If you need an exchange, email us with photos of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  2. Custom or personalised items

Return Shipping

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  2. Include photos for quick resolution
