Returns
We accept returns within **14 days of delivery**.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed within **3–5 working days**
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged on arrival
If you need an exchange, email us with photos of the item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Earrings (unless faulty)
- Custom or personalised items
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked service
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within **48 hours of delivery**
- Include photos for quick resolution
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
